材料要求

Ordinary Portland cement with grade 32.5 should be used as the cement for cement stabilized local cold regeneration subbase. The initial setting time of cement should be more than 3h, and the final setting time should be more than 6h and less than 10h.
冷再生用水應為可飲用水↟│₪✘,使用非飲用水應經過試驗驗證↟│₪✘,不影響產品和工程質量時方可使用↟✘▩。
The cold regeneration water shall be potable water, and the use of non-potable water shall be tested and verified, and can be used only when it does not affect the product and project quality.
就地冷再生經對原路銑刨取樣試驗↟│₪✘,能夠達到《公路路面基層施工技術細則》要求↟│₪✘,對銑刨料做液塑限試驗↟│₪✘,其液限為32%↟│₪✘,塑限為26%↟│₪✘,塑性指數為6%↟│₪✘,符合規範要求↟│₪✘,因此對再生料級配按表一的級配控制↟✘▩。區域性地段若級配不符合下表要求↟│₪✘,可新增級配礫石或碎石調整↟✘▩。
